This will be the first of a series of future articles discussing the many facets of the healing process. To begin I would like to address the most fundamental component to true healing, Taking Responsibility. Now what does that really mean, and what does that really feel like? I encounter many patients here at Sedona Acupuncture seeking support from a long list of health challenges.
